My Skin in Spring

In winter it is cold and the skin is subjected to cracking , burns (due to cold) redness and other annoyances. In summer , it is exposed to burns (due to sunlight), blisters, brown spots ... With unstable temperatures and the first sun exposure , skin problems can appear. Fortunately, it is possible to recover quickly, efficiently and cheaply.
A healthy lifestyle
We can not say enough to have beautiful skin you must have a healthy diet and a great lifestyle : Sport , fruits, vegetables , teas and supplements, you need to change the daily routine for beautiful, healthy skin of inside. Fruits give radiance to the skin . Vegetables facilitate the transit and improve the quality of fabrics . Herbal teas provide lasting hydration . The food supplements will combat fatigue and exhaustion that give a natural healthy glow to the skin. 

A weekly scrub 
shower decorated with beads , rubbing sand or even sugar gel ... everything is good when it comes to exfoliating scrubs and products. Exfoliating back to remove dead cells. This allows for a fresh skin and a glowing complexion. Be careful not to get out in the sun without protection , because you may sunbathe at the speed of light , or even burn the skin . 

  
Daily hydrationThere is no secret, the key word for a healthy and beautiful skin is hydration. Just after the morning shower , do not ignore the cream / milk / lotion . Better yet , there are creams that now applies in the shower saves considerable time and intense hydration. in the evening.
