searching for the perfect skin





Clearing up your skin comes from inside. Drink lots of water to flush out impurities and keep you and your skin hydrated and moisturized.  Try cutting out dairy for a while and see if your skin improves. . Try to eat healthy foods as well. I know that many researchers say that there is no correlation between oily foods/junk foods/chocolate and bad skin, but I find that when I'm putting good food into my body, my skin looks and feels better as well.
Exercise is another factor. Do you do sport often? You need to exercise and sweat to get your blood pumping and remove impurities from your system via sweat. make sure that you are washing your face immediately after you finish your  work.
 If taking a shower/washing up isn't possible, then invest in some cleansing wipes.

Try not to use too many different products or too harsh products, as it will actually make your skin worse.

 It sounds cheesy, but remember that beauty is on the inside.
